В 3 мин ходьбы от реки Осетр, на реке есть оборудованный пляж, лодочная станция (сапы, катамараны, лодки, плоты сдаются в аренду), вдоль реки оборудована прогулочная зона до Белого колодца, 5 минутах ходьбы от автовокзала, колхозного рынка. Рядом Кремль, множество кафе и прогулочных зон. В доме три комнаты, пластиковые окна, обновлённая кухня, душевая кабина и санузел. Установлен септик, бойлер. У дома участок 12 соток с цветами и плодовыми деревьями, есть огород и две теплицы.
